Eating Smart Course
Students on the meal plan can take take a variety of “Eating Smart” classes taught by the Registered Dietitian. Although the classes are not for credit, students will walk away with a wealth of useful nutrition information. Classes are 60 minutes long and offered monthly on a first-come-first-served basis.
