Eating Smart Course

Eating Smart Class

Students on the meal plan can take take a variety of “Eating Smart” classes taught by the Registered Dietitian.  Although the classes are not for credit, students will walk away with a wealth of useful nutrition information.  These hour long classes are held once a week for four weeks.

How to Eat Healthy in the Dining Commons
Healthy Eating on the Go
Nutrition for Disease Prevention
Emotional Eating
Healthy Vegetarianism
Nutrition Lifestyle Skills
