A not-to-be-missed event, this menu provides evidence of the cuisine and service that has garnered UGA Food Services 80 national awards. The 5 Star Dinner features recipes from five star restaurants and begins at 4pm. The nights menu features recipes from five-star restaurants including Fleur de Lys in San Francisco, Charlie Trotter's in Chicago, and the Ritz-Carlton. Rare and premium ingredients make appearances in dishes like fragrant Saffron Potato and Fennel Salad, creamy Gorgonzola Potato Gratin, Roasted Halibut with a luscious Red Pepper Sauce, and refreshing Cantaloupe, Mango, Asian Pear Salad with Key Lime Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette. For a sneak preview of the all the culinary delights and attractions in store for the five-star dinner, join our facebook event.
