1. The facility and date should be reserved as soon as possible with Campus Catering. To make reservations with Campus Catering please call our Event Planner at 706-583-0892. In order to provide the best possible service, events should be booked no later than ten days prior to the date of the event. Events booked with less than seven days notice may be subject to a 15% late booking fee.
2. Plan the menu with the Campus Catering Event Planner no later than seven working days before the event is scheduled.
3. The Event Planner will guide you through the menu options. Vegetarian, vegan and other special dietary meals can be provided upon request. Additional fees may apply for creation of custom menus.
Charges are predicated on location and magnitude of the event. Please contact the Event Planner to discuss the charges.
Rates may range from $20.00 to $35.00 depending on services ordered.
At an unattended event all displays and catering equipment are the host's responsibility from the event start time until the scheduled pick-up time. Any misplaced or damaged equipment will be charged to the client according to the current replacement cost.
Due to Georgia's Department of Health regulations, food and beverage may not be removed from your catered event.
