1. The facility and date should be reserved as soon as possible with Campus Catering. To make reservations with Campus Catering please call our Event Planner at 706-583-0892. In order to provide the best possible service, events should be booked no later than ten days prior to the date of the event. Events booked with less than seven days notice may be subject to a 15% late booking fee.

2. Plan the menu with the Campus Catering Event Planner no later than seven working days before the event is scheduled.

3. The Event Planner will guide you through the menu options. Vegetarian, vegan and other special dietary meals can be provided upon request. Additional fees may apply for creation of custom menus.

  • When canceling a booked event more than 24 hours prior to the event, there will be no charges except for any costs Campus Catering has incurred.
  • Events canceled 24 hours or less will be subject to full price.

  • A final guest count is required three business days prior to your event unless the menu requires additional notice. If your event is on Sunday or Monday, your final guest count must be submitted before noon on Wednesday. If no guarantee is received, we will plan according to the estimated guest count and this could adversely affect your event if the guest count increases significantly. If the actual guest count exceeds the guaranteed count, you will be billed for the actual guest count.
  • After a final guest count is given to the Event Planner, the person/organization sponsoring the event will be financially responsible for that number.

  • Additional services may incur additional charges. All other events that may require attendants incur a charge of $45.00 per attendant. This charge includes a 2 hour service. For your safety, we require an attendant at all events where a flame is in use.
  • Bartenders are $75.00 per hour - minimum of 2 hours per staff member for service up to 75 guests for beer and wine. Additional fees may occur for other bar service. All of our bartenders are required to be ServSafe Alcohol Trained Certified.
  • Events exceeding the 2 hour minimum can be subject to additional charges.
  • Events scheduled after 8 PM may be subject to additional staffing charges.

Charges are predicated on location and magnitude of the event. Please contact the Event Planner to discuss the charges.

Rates may range from $20.00 to $35.00 depending on services ordered.

At an unattended event all displays and catering equipment are the host's responsibility from the event start time until the scheduled pick-up time. Any misplaced or damaged equipment will be charged to the client according to the current replacement cost.

Due to Georgia's Department of Health regulations, food and beverage may not be removed from your catered event.
