ServSafe®

The State of Georgia requires each food service establishment to employ one manager who has passed a food safety exam that is accredited by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Here at University of Georgia Food Services our customers safety is a number one priority, and we are proud to exceed the States minimum requirements by requiring ALL of our managers to maintain a current ServSafe® Food Protection certification, a CFP accredited program administered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.

Certified instructors conduct monthly NRAEF ServSafe® Employee Level food protection classes to make sure our employees have the knowledge necessary to provide safe food for our customers.
